2. Spaghetti
Pasta contains fiber and tomato's contain vitamins
good for meal.
O 2 tablespoons olive oil
O 3 cloves garlic, minced
O 1 teaspoon dried basil
O 1 or two cans of chunky tomato sauce
O salt and pepper to taste
O Spaghetti Pasta
3. Add water in a pot enough to fill all the noodles. When the
water is at a full boil, it won't stop boiling when you stir it.
Add 1 tbsp. of salt after the water starts to boil. Put the
spaghetti noodles into the pot, and use a wooden spoon to
press the pasta down into the water as it softens until all of the
pasta is submerged and flexible. Leave noodles for an amount
12 mins.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in
oil until tender, 2 minutes. Stir in basil and crushed
tomatoes (canned). Season with salt and pepper
and cook 15 to 20 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Then apply pasta and mix. Once fully combined you
are done.
5. Peanut Butter Raisin Oat Bites
These mini bites will help bring energy needed, and
a valuable snack to relieve hunger
O Makes 10 bites
O Ingredients
O 3/4 cup rolled oats
O 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
O 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
O 1/2 cup raisins
O 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
O 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
O 1 teaspoon vanilla
6. Combine the oats, flour, ground flax seed
and raisins in a medium mixing bowl.
7. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and
vanilla and mix until combined.
8. You may have to get your hands in there to get everything
thoroughly combined. Use your hands to pack the mixture
together into balls a little smaller than a golf ball. Repeat to
make 10 balls.
9. Desserts
Having a small dessert can help bring anxiety down, and help
a person not panic even during an emergency.
O 1 Cocktail canned fruit or even fruit like
bananas, apples, strawberries, kiwi,
peaches, blueberries, and melon
O 1 can of “ la Lechera”
O Or just open a can of peaches.
