2. Anne Frank Annelies Marie Frank ( Anne Frank ) was a Jewish girl who was born in Frankfurtam in Germany. She became popular thanks to her diary titled “The Diary Of Anne Frank” which talks about how she hided during the WW2 ( World War 2 ) while the German occupation in Netherland. Anne and her family moved from Germany to Amsterdam in 1933, the same year the Nazi gained power in Germany, and they got trapped in Amsterdam because duo to the Nazi occupation because the jewish population increased. They were hidding in her father’s office room, after two years they were betrayed and transported to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camps, in which she died. Her father Otto Frank has the only person in family which survived, and his efforts leds to the Anne Frank’s diary.

She is widely acclaimed as one of the most significant Americans writers, beacuase of her book The Plague of Doves which also won a Pulitzer Award in fiction, and she also own a little bookstore in Minnesota. he attended Dartmouth College, in where she earned an AB degree and met her future husband, Michael Dorris.
