My Erasmus+ stay


2. Travelling
On the 12th of January me and some other people
gathered in the train station in Žilina.
The train we were waiting for took us to Prague where
we waited for a plane.
The plane took off at 11:40.
The flight took about two hours.
When we landed, we picked up our luggages and the
families took us to our new temporary home.
 The road from Helsinki to Kirkkonummi was 45
minutes long.

3. SCHOOL DAY
On the second day of our stay, we visited their school.
They told us how their school system works and it was
very interesting.
After that we went to a cafeteria for a lunch.
Then we did some very exciting activities.
Such as programing Lego robots or working in a virtual
reality.
At the end of our school day the families picked us
home.

4. Nature
 On the third day of our stay we went to a Natural museum.
 After a while, we went out for a walk to play some games and
to take a few photos.
 Then, we did more walking and looking at nature of Finland.
 Later on, we visited a reindeer farm where we could feed the
reindeer.
 We could rest for a while in a Tee-Pee and then we had more
activities and games.
 We spent a day in Nuuksio Park and Haltia centre.

5. Visiting Helsinki
When we arrived to Helsinki, it was raining, but after
few minutes it stopped.
Firstly, we visited a very interesting monument.
Then we went to a beautiful library called OODI.
When we moved on, we went to an art museum.
After that, we went to visit a big white cathedral and
then a big Uspenski cathedral.

6. Activities with families
All of the families took their guests to different places
and I have visited these places:
I went ice skating for the first time in my life and
it was a lot of fun. I fell a few times but it didn’t hurt.
On the last day, we visited Heureka. It is a science
museum. It was a lot of fun because we could create
electricity or see real size dinosaurs.
We went swimming as well.

7. THE END
 The last day was very sad.
We had to say goodbye to our families and pack our
things.
We arrived back to Žilina at 2 o’clock am on Sunday
the 19th.
I hope I will come back some day 
