Saurav is a graduate in Physics from Calcutta University and an MBA from Jadavpur University.
Saurav’s corporate exposure pans 15 yesrs with companies like Indian Express, ABP, Max and DLF. He had set up
learning and development functions in various organisations and was heading L&D function before moving on to
become an independent professional in the Human Development sector.
Saurav uses consciousness as the base for addressing the potential in participants. The sessions addresses the root
cause to deliver results that are permanent. The programs are designed on experiential learning methodology to
guarantee better understanding and ensure simpler implementation procedures. His competency spreads from being a
key note speaker, content designer, Facilitator, coach and a mentor.
