My name is Jordi Duran and I was born in Viladamat (Alt Empordà) in 1978. I studied Computer Science at Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in the PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). I have been working on projects related to the field of Natural Language Processing since I finished my degree. So I have experience with both public and private companies. Otherwise I combine my work with teaching at UAB as an associate professor in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering (dEIC).
