ATL en la música
Promoción al consumidor
José Luis Vilchis Pazos
En este trabajo explicare las técnicas de BTL que se llegan a encontrar en algunas canciones
causando en estas la publicidad de ciertos productos.
Otis-Jay-Z ft. Kanye West
New watch alert, Hublot’s
Or the big face Rollie I got two of those
En esta parte de la canción está haciendo énfasis a los relojes que tiene de dichas marcas(los
cuales se pueden ver en el video)
En otro segmento de la canción dicen:
They aint see me cause I pulled up in my other Benz
Last week I was in my other other Benz
Y pues a aquí evidentemente hace mención sobre la “prestigiosa” marca de automóviles
Mercedes Benz, pero bueno, no es la primera vez que Jay-Z promociona una marca en
algunas de sus canciones.
En la canción de Roc Boyz también hace comentarios a otra marca de autos y también de
tenis:
The Nike shoe box for holdin' all this cash
Red Porsche's, rare portraits
Rare guns if you dare come near the fortress
También otro punto que veo importante, es que no precisamente tiene que decir algo en la
canción, si no con la simple imagen que utilizan los artistas en las apariciones de sus videos, un
ejemplo muy claro seria el de Fred Durst, el en todos sus videos salía con su gorra de lo Yankees y
sus Adidas de concha, lo cual hizo que muchas personas empezaran a usarlas (yo me incluyo, de
hecho me acabo de comprar una jajaja)
Como conclusión pues honestamente para mí es muy buena la estrategia del BTL en las canciones
o videos musicales, porque la gente al ver a sus artistas usar tal marca pues como que los quieren
imitar al usar esas marcas, o cuando cantas la canción como que se te quedan pegadas los
nombres de las marcas y eso te hace que las consumas tal vez de una forma en la que no te das
cuenta ni por qué lo haces.
