Does B2B marketing have to be boring? I don’t think so. My name is Jerome Simmons. I’ve spent the better part of a 20-year career bringing B2C creativity to B2B marketing campaigns.

I currently serve as Product Marketing Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions where I am responsible for managing marketing activities including value proposition and messaging development, demand generation, content and sales tool development, and industry-specific marketing communications.
Previously, I served as Marketing Manager for XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy. I was privileged to lead a rebranding effort as well spearhead a collateral and website redevelopment initiative.
In one of my earlier roles, I oversaw the strategic planning, development, and implementation of marketing & communications programs for a national fire and security firm. I consulted with the CEO, Vice President of Sales, and local branch managers to design creative marketing campaigns and materials including traditional advertising, sales promotions, direct mail, digital marketing, social media, public/media relations, and event marketing. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, I influenced sales/marketing strategy and provided tools directing the Sales department to focus on targeted vertical markets.
