the recruiting world.
It has opened up the talent market.
However, that comes with its own set
of challenges.

of companies (i.e. Google), and win over the best talent.
10. However, if you don’t have the right presence on LinkedIn,
you can also ensure candidates skip applying to your jobs
and avoid your email requests to connect.
