Learn from this tutorial on how you can add a user to your Google Analytics account. This would be useful if you wanted to add someone to view your data but not be able to edit anything.
1. How to add a user
to Google Analytics
Are you trying to add a user to your
Google Analytics account? This is a
guide on how to do exactly that.

1) 1st go to the Google Analytics homepage
(google.com/analytics) and sign in.

Now you should be on your Accounts page.

2) Go to the upper right corner and click Admin.

Which brings you to your Account Administration
page with your websites.

3) If you have over 10 websites (like me in this
example) you’ll need to go to the lower right
corner and add more rows.
7. By Made With Real Juice 6
You should be able to see your website in the list
and you should now click on it.

4) You’re now on the Administration page for the
website you just clicked on.

From here you will click on the tab Users.

5) Now from the Users tabbed page you need to
click on the button that says +New User.

On this page you will be filling out the new users
details. I should mention too that the person
you’re adding needs a Gmail account.

Make sure to click whether you want this person
as a user or an administrator. A user can’t edit
any accounts (ex. set goals), an administrator can.
I always check the box to notify the user by email.

6) Now back on the administration page for the
website we’re adding the user to we can see their
email is now showing up.

If I open the user’s Google Analytics account in a
new window (for this demo I built one), you can
see that the website was added to their Accounts.
