This document describes a simulation workshop for the 2008 Horizon Project. It involves students collaborating globally on a wiki and video project about emerging technologies. Students are divided into groups based on areas of impact and must collaborate online to research a topic, contribute to a shared wiki, and create individual multimedia artifacts. The goal is to experience facilitation of online learning and address issues like communication, culture, and project organization that arise when collaborating across borders and time zones through technology.
