1. IE1 Certified Three Phase Induction Motors
EMERGE IE1 Motors are TEFC squirrel cage motors are known for their compact structured, low noise,
high efficiency, high torque, excellent starting performance and easy servicing design. The motors are
with class F insulation system, temperature rise restricted to class B levels according to international
practices.
EMERGE Motors can be widely used as driving equipments of various machineries such as machine
tools, blowers, pumps, compressors, vibrators, cutters, grinders, logistics, transportation, agricultural
and food processing. They are offered in international frame sizes for easy installation and
interchangability. All these are continuous S1 duty rated. Star connection is standard up to frame 100 or
2.2 KW whichever is lower, however can be offered with 6 leads also. All other frames 112 & above are
with 6 leads delta connected.
EMERGE Motors can be supplied in Cast Aluminium up to 160L frame and in Cast Iron up to 450 frame.
Cast Aluminium motors are offered with removable foot and hence the TB can be shifted at site to any
desired position. Cast iron body motors are with integral foot and hence are with lower vibration and
noise levels. As a standard supply, motors in frames 56 – 90 are offered in Aluminium construction and
100 – 355 in Cast Iron construction. However, all frames up to 160L can be offered in both Aluminium
and cast iron construction.
EMERGE Motors mounting arrangements comply with IEC34-7 recommendations. There are 4 basic
configurations – B3 & B35 (56-400 frames), B5 (56-280 frames) and B14 (56-132 frames). Other
mounting arrangements can also be offered such as B6 / B7 / B8 / V5 / V6 / V3 / V15 & V36 (56 – 160
frames), V1 (56-355 frames) and B34 / V18 / V58 / V19 & V69 (56-132 frames).
EMERGE Motors are manufactured in high efficiency production lines with high quality machining
centers, high speed stamping system and automatic winding machines with a strict quality control
process in selection of materials, in manufacturing, assembly and testing with an automated microcomputer test centre and a well-coordinated measurement system.

Dual Speed Dual Pole Motors can be offered in frames 80 - 280.
Dual Voltage Motors can be offered
Brake motors can be offered in frames 80 – 225.
Variable Frequency motors can be offered in frames 80 - 315
LT Motors can also be supplied in 400 and 450 frames also suitable for 380V and 660V in 4, 6, 8 and 10
pole configurations for KW ranging from 250 to 900 depending on polarity.
