ABOUT THE ISHANYA
 It was started in 2007
 The owner of ishanya is Mr. Selesh Mehta
 The C.E.O of mall is Mr. Ajoi Krishnamurti
 The whole mall established in 10 acre campus
 There are 6 sections Arcade 1 to 6
 Total no of employee around 400 and also 100
  securities
 It is the biggest mall in Pune
 They have no any other branch in India
 Arcade 3 to 6 are work in progress
ARCADE 1-HOME TOWN
 The home town is a part of FUTURE group
 Mostly for decorating and furniture product
 They cover’s consumer durables, furnitures ,
  electronics(eZONE), Kitchen products, Home decoration
  etc in different floors .
 Ground floor covers consumer durables, furniture and
  eZONE.
 First floor cover home decoration and kitchen products.
Consumer Durables
•   Basic consumer durables are available here.
•   It has moderate price.
•   They follow plane layout design in the store
•   They have good arrangement of products
Furniture section
• They have wide variety and choices of
  furniture
• They have also some luxury furniture
• They have also seasonal offers
eZONE
• This is a electronic section, all electronic
  products available here
• Different brands are available there ex-
  sony,Hitachi,Samsung,LG,HP,Lenovo,Philips,vide
  ocon,Dell etc
• They provide offers in most of the products.
• Offers –discount on LCD , LED PLASMA,DVD
  With laptops,Digital camera,Home theater etc

 Some consumers are silent observing the products
  that they like.
 Some consumers like installment plan in expansive
  product.
 Families like to spent their whole day as well as
  entertainment with shopping.
 Some of the youths are came here only for
  entertainment.

Polite nature and ready for help to customer.
They were providing product knowledge to
 customer.
They are also watching to customers as
 security purpose.
Counters are available there for customers
 benefit.
SECURITY
• As the security reasons they cover whole
  campus by CCTV cameras.
• They have also special security .
PARKING
• They have valley parking for four wheelers in
  basement.
• separate parking for two wheelers
