2. What is ISIS?
UF’s Integrated Student Information
System (ISIS), is a secure, web-based
system that provides all UF students
with access to their financial and
academic records.
3. What will you use ISIS for?
Registering for courses
Checking for registration holds
Paying tuition and monitoring financial aid
Viewing your degree audit
Viewing/ordering transcripts
Keeping track of academic dates and deadlines
Linking to Registrar forms
Applying to graduate!
4. How do you access ISIS?
via the myUFL portal @
my.ufl.edu
5. Navigating the Portal
You can
customize the
information that
appears on your
portal by
clicking on the
Custom Page
tab.
7. You can also access ISIS via the UF Homepage
or directly at www.isis.ufl.edu.
8.
9. Every semester, prior to registering, you must
complete Registration Prep. When you finish, ISIS will
give your registration appointment time. Please take
the time NOW to resolve all of your holds except the
orientation hold, which your advisor will remove. If
you have an immunization hold, contact your advisor
(NOT the Infirmary).
10. When you click on Registration Prep, ISIS will verify your
identity by asking for your Gatorlink username and
password.
11. After you complete Registration Prep and all of your holds have
been cleared, click on the appropriate term under Register Now.
(You will not actually register for courses until the live, on
campus orientation program. If you can’t attend, your advisor
will lift your hold on the Monday after orientation.)

your requested action
and then ask you to
confirm that action.
To confirm, just type in
your password and
click Add this course.
If you decide not to
add the course, click

15. ISIS Registration Pages
You will know your course was added when it appears in
your schedule.
When you drop a course, ISIS removes it from your
schedule.
16. Registration Problems?
Registration Holds—if you have a
hold it will tell you who to
contact. If you have an
immunization hold, contact your
advisor since online business
majors are exempt from UF’s
immunization requirements.
17. Registration Problems?
If ISIS says the section is closed or
departmentally controlled, you are probably
using the wrong section number. Be sure to
use only online business section numbers
from the Online Student Center in Sakai
(more on this later). If you are and still
can’t add the course or ISIS says you have
not met course prerequisites, contact your
advisor.
