1. Presently working with Ind –Barath Power Infra Limited (2X 350MW, 2 X 660MW) as Manager (Projects) from
September 2011 to till date.
2. Worked in M/s.Simhapuri Energy Pvt.Ltd (4 X 150 MW) for 4.4 years as a Sr.Engineer (Projects).
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
 Development of Power project from Concept stage and preparation of Detailed Project Report.
 Coordination with Consultants, Sub-suppliers, Sub-contractors
 Job involved in finalization of overall plant layout for various plants, checking the interface engineering with
the Main plant.
 Interaction with the detailed engineering consultants for the generation of civil engineering drawings for the
plant.
 Overseeing the Inter departmental coordination, Support to Project site team.
 Interacting with the equipment and systems sub-suppliers, main plant suppliers like boiler & turbine for
inputs, interrelated data, drawings & documents for the generation of drawings.
 Preparation of Project schedule(L1,L2,L3)
 Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Progress reports on Project performance and review of Progress with
respective Contractors.
 Interaction with Site execution team and contractors on Civil works, progress monitoring, supporting the site
administration in attending the Project meetings and issues related to contract.
 Developing Engineering data base and human resource bank to handle the projects.
 Setting-up and developing project data base to Control Documentation System.
CONTRACTS & SCOPE MANAGEMENT:
 Preparation of Specification, vendor quotation evaluation and selection of suitable vendors based on
enquiries received from sub vendors.
 Involving in Prebid meeting, Technical clarification meeting, offer finalization meeting.

 Preparing Supply Contracts for all group projects.
 Claims management with the sub-suppliers / sub-contractors

 Managing in & out Documentation of all engineering Drawings/Documents & tender document.

 Tracking & co-ordinate with consultancy to get the Engineering drawings & documentation as per schedule.
 Describing and creating the Acknowledge letters for the inward & outward documentation.
