PROPOSAL / TENDER STAGE : •Following up Tenders and attending bid meetings •Understand BID Requirements & Evaluation Criteria •Prepare Bid/NO Bid based on Bid Assessment (Technical Assessment, Risks , Competitors , Resources, potential follow on etc.) •Coordinating the Bidding Team to prepare PEP / PQP / SOW / work Methodologies and complete Bid Document. •Get Clearance from Legal and Head office •Prepare SWOT Analysis (findings based on Technical ,challenges ,Cost ,Quality ,Schedule ,Safety) •Preparing Complete Bid Document as per ITB and take care of timely submission. •Attend Post Tender Negotiation •Attend debriefing meetings & Award meetings PROJECT EXECUTION ...
