The learner ill be exposed to productive activities relevant to their physical, social, and emotional
development. Eventually, one will grow into mature individual ready to face the realities of life with courage and
determination.

TRANSFER GOALS:
The students in the long term and on their own will be able to:
 Describe responsible family members
 Recognize the causes and solutions to existing housing problems
 Give the importance of proper nutrition to the health of children
 Explain the importance of using properly the sewing tools and equipment.
MEANING
ESSENTIAL UNDERSTANDING
The students will understand that…
 The family has a big influence over a
person’s life. One’s attitude, outlook,
personality, and lifestyle profiles are shaped
largely by the interaction in the family .
 Shelter provides man protection and
security. Therefore, it must be a home
where love, affection, and understanding
exist among family members.
 When proper nutrition is observed, good
health is achieved. When there is good
health, there is productivity. Everyone must
eat food with adequate supply of the
essential food nutrients.
 Tools and equipment in sewing when
properly used and maintained have better
performance and lifetime service.

minimizing pollution, beautifying our

The learner will be acquainted with the common drafting tools and equipment ,learn the basics of
lettering and acquire basic skills in drawing such as perspective, isometric, and orthographic figures.

3. Woodworking

The students in the long term and on their own will be able to:
 Distinguish each tool, instrument, and equipment from one another.
 suggests ways on how to take care of the common drafting tools and equipment
 Appreciate the special gift that God gave us through sharing with others

The students will understand that…
 Familiarity and mastery of the uses of
drafting tools are basic towards an accurate
and clear description of the form, size, finish,
color, and construction of the object.
 Indigenous materials for handicraft-making
are available in the Philippines. One only
needs creativity and resourcefulness to
create various handicrafts for home and the
market.
 Proper use of tools ensures efficient
operation and safety in working.

Situation- The teacher/ class will cut clippings on handicraft-making and bring these to class. Place these in an
album for display purposes.
Performance/Product- The students will be grouped into 6. The teacher will make sure that the class can make their
poster on the given time.

TRANSFER TASKS – Fact File
Goal- Magsasagawa ng pananaliksik ukol sa kalagayan ng “Entrepreneurship” sa bawat lungsod o lalawigan na
kinabibilangan sa pamamagitan ng Fact File.
Role- Ang mag-aarala y gagawa ng “fact file” ukol sa kalagayanb ng entrepreneurship batay sa dokumentaryong
pelikulang napanood at sa isasagawang pakikipanayam.
Audience- Teacher, students, mga kapanayam sa pamayanan
Situation- Hindi maikakaila na sa kasalukuyang panahon ay may mga talamak na problema sa “entrepreneurship”
sa ating bansa. Kung kaya ang mag-aaral ay gagawa ng isang ‘fact file” ukol sa nabanggit at mula sa mga
datos dito makapagbibigay ka ng konklusyon at makapagmumungkahi ng mga solusyon sa mga suliranin.
Standards: Mamarkahan ang “fact file” base sa nilalaman, organisasyon ng mga imporamasyon.

Role- Ang mag-aarala y gagawa ng “fact file” ukol sa kalagayanb ng entrepreneurship batay sa dokumentaryong pelikulang napanood at sa isasagawang pakikipanayam. Audience- Teacher, students, mga kapanayam sa pamayanan Situation- Hindi maikakaila na sa kasalukuyang panahon ay may mga talamak na problema sa “entrepreneurship” sa ating bansa.
