Sept 2 nd 2010 State Board of Education authorizes full deployment of all components of NCEES for all LEAs (Local Education Agencies) in 2011-12. ~25 districts doing so this year I-SS opted to meet the minimum requirement while introducing NCEES in a timely manner to teachers and administrators Content Same as Before

Note after we review the next few slides you (teachers) will begin to fill in your self-assessment from the fall self-assessment data by clicking in the appropriate boxes. Once you click a box, a checkmark will appear, as in above example. Intent is to give teachers opportunity to interact with NCEES. Know that this self-assessment will eventually be saved into NCEES at end of activity and ideally be shared with your administrator. Please be accurate. Content Same as Before
For today’s activity it is your choice how completely you want to fill this section out. Next year in the fall you may want to use this section to communicate information to support self-assessment performance rating to your administrator. Content Same as Before
