2. Installation:
Apps->Calendar->

3. Install the app and go to
Menu->Calendar->

4. Click on the date of the meeting in the calendar, example :in the
above calendar selected 26.
Name the summary and click Create-> create.

5. In 26th day an event is created.

6. Click on the Meeting->
Click Edit-> to edit the meeting.

7. To add Participants, click Select attendees->
Then click Save->

8. Now the calendar will show the meeting and attendees number.
