1. Outcome-based Evaluation Logic Model
Nebraska Library Commission
The goals of the One Book for Nebraska Teens Author Tour are 1) to provide visits with author Neal Shusterman and 2) to provide
opportunities for book discussion and book- and visit-related activities for teens in rural Nebraska so that the youth:
• Outcome #1 - Meet and visit with a published author (Audiences throughout the nation have opportunities to
experience a wide range of art forms and activities),
• Outcome #2 - Demonstrate knowledge of the craft of writing,
• Outcome #3 - Demonstrate interest in reading, and
• Outcome #4 - Demonstrate interest in book- or tour-related activities.
The following inputs, activities and services, outputs, and indicators have been set to assist NLC in attaining the goals and outcomes
of the project:

Humanities Council grant book discussion and/or youth who read the related book; and
of $5,300 related activities. Outcome #4 - Number and percent of
youth who actively engage in a related
book discussion or activity.
