Use these instructions to create a custom Lotus Notes signature file to provide your information, and also have clickable links to your email, website, and Facebook.
2. To get started, open up your "Notepad" program on your computer.
To find it, go to 1) Start, 2) Programs, 3) Accessories, 4) Notepad
On the next slide is "html" code. Copy ALL of the contents (starting
with "<html>" and ending with " ") and paste it into the
notepad program.
Edit the information by changing the red highlighted information on
with your own information.
Save the file by providing a file name and adding ".html" to the end
of the name. This will save it as a html file.
Copy or Move the saved html file over to Agency Anywhere (those
with my Shared Folder instructions have an easy way to do this!)
Open Lotus Notes. Go to 1) File, 2) Preferences, 3) Mail, 4) Signature,
5) Select "HTML or Image File", 6) Select "Browse", 7) In the field
"Files of type" choose "HTML Files", 8) Open your saved html
signature file.
