- 3. Rakuten's Official Language is English. ・English is official language in Rakuten. ・If people who can't speak English in 2 years, the people will be fired. ・ Now, cafeteria menus are written in English.

Necessity of English in Rakuten ・Rakuten has about 6,000 employee that include 400 none japanese employee. ・Japanese company has people who can speak English, but the people don't speak English for japanese people. The people speak English for foreign country people. But Rakuten employee speak English for Japanese.
