PENYELENGGARAAN HIDRAULIK

 Prestasi, kecekapan dan jangka hayat suatu sistem
hidraulik adalah amat penting. 3 prosedur
penyelenggaraan asas bagi suatu sistem hidraulik
adalah : Menjaga kebersihan dan kuantiti minyak hidraulik dengan
mengunakan jenis minyak dan kepekatan yang sesuai.
 Menukar penapis minyak mengikut jadual dan apabila perlu.
 Memastikan semua sambungan ketat supaya tiada udara masuk
ke dalam sistem.
KENALPASTI KEROSAKAN
Kerosakan umum pada hidraulik :





Overheat
Noise
Sistem pengaliran tidak betul
Tekanan tidak sesuai
Salah operasi

Remedies:
a

Any or all of the following:
Replace dirty filters; wash strainers in solvent compatible with system fluid; clean clogged
inlet line; clean or replace reservoir breather vent; change system fluid; change to proper
pump drive motor speed; overhaul or replace supercharge pump; fluid may be too cold.

b

Any or all of the following:
Tighten leaking connections; fill reservoir to proper level (with rare exception all return lines
should be below fluid level in reservoir); bleed air from system; replace pump shaft seal
(and shaft if worn at seal journal).

c

Align unit and check condition of seals, bearings and coupling.

d

Install pressure gauge and adjust to correct pressure.

e

Overhaul or replace.

Remedies:
a

Any or all of the following:
Replace dirty filters; clean clogged inlet line; clean
or replace reservoir breather vent; change system
fluid; change to proper pump drive motor speed;
overhaul or replace supercharge pump

b

Any or all of the following:
Tighten leaking connections; fill reservoir to proper
level (with rare exception all return lines should be
below fluid level in reservoir); bleed
air from system; replace pump shaft seal (and shaft
if worn at seal journal).

c

Align unit and check condition of seals and
bearings; locate and correct mechanical binding;
check for work load in excess of circuit design.

d

Install pressure gauge and adjust to correct
pressure (keep at least 125 PSI difference between
valve settings).

e

Overhaul or replace.

f

Change filters and also system fluid if improper
viscosity; fill reservoir to proper level.

g

Clean cooler and/or cooler strainer; replace cooler
control valve; repair or replace cooler.

a Any or all of the following:
Replace dirty filters; clean clogged inlet line; clean or replace
reservoir breather vent; fill reservoir to proper level; overhaul or
replace supercharge pump.

Check for damaged pump or pump drive; replace and align
coupling.
Adjust.
Overhaul or replace.
Check position of manually operated controls; check electrical
circuit on solenoid operated controls; repair or replace pilot
pressure pump.
Reverse rotation.
Replace with correct unit.

Remedies:
a Replace dirty filters and system fluid.
b Tighten leaking connections (fill reservoir to
proper level and bleed air from system).
c Check for damaged pump or pump drive;
replace and align coupling.
d Adjust.
e Overhaul or replace.

a Fluid may be too cold or should be changed to
clean fluid of correct viscosity.

b Locate bind and repair.
c Adjust, repair or replace.
d Clean and adjust or replace; check condition
of system fluid and filters.
e Overhaul or replace.

Repair command console or interconnecting
wires.

g Lubricate.
h Adjust, repair or replace counterbalance
valve.

Diprogram supaya boleh mengawal
machine secara automatic.
Mengandungi power supply, terminal
program, input dan output.
STATUS INDICATOR DAN KOD ERROR

 Status indicator dan kod error digunakan untuk
membantu troubleshooter menyelesaikan
masalah supaya downtime dapat dikurangkan.
 Status Indicator

 adalah lampu yang menunjukkan keadaan
komponen di dalam sistem PLC.
 diletakkan pada setiap bahagian penting
 2 jenis iaitu 1) input/output status indicator
2) operating and fault status indicator
 Kod Error

 adalah nombor atau mesej yang dipapar pada
skrin apabila program mengenalpasti sesuatu
masalah berlaku di dalam sistem.

STARTUP PROSEDUR

 Ia adalah prosedur sistematik,bertujuan
menghapuskan masalah yang mana boleh
menyebabkan kecederaan dan kerosakan
peralatan.
 Masalah startup yang biasa adalah : Peralatan tidak berfungsi.
 Kesilapan pendawaian.
 Programming error.
 Startup prosedur mesti selalu dipatuhi pada
permulaan peralatan dipasang dan selepas
software/hardware diubahsuai.
PLC STARTUP PROSEDUR

1)Pemeriksaan sistem – semua
komponen perlu diperiksa dari segi
pendawaian, program dll sebelum
bekalan kuasa diberi.
2)Disable peranti yang bergerak – perlu
disable motor, solenoid, valve untuk
elakkan kecederaan dan kerosakan
peralatan.

3) Sahkan program – Run mode supaya
sistem boleh simulate program tanpa
menghidupkan peranti. Simulate
setiap kali terdapat perubahan pada
program.
4) Troubleshoot peranti input – Isyarat
dan maklumat dihantar pada PLC
menggunakan pushbutton, limit
switch. Peranti ini perlu beroperasi
dengan baik supaya maklumat dapat
diproses.

5) Troubleshoot peranti output –
Peranti output seperti motor starter,
solenoid, contactors, lampu mesti
beroperasi dengan baik digunakan
untuk menjalankan kerja yang
diarahkan oleh program.
6)Testing sistem – Sistem yang lengkap
mesti ditest. Emergency stop button
digunakan untuk memutuskan
bekalan utama.
