3. Platform
The university’s infrastructure is designed to handle
thousands of connected devices, flexible to handle
future growth and reliable during peak hours. No
single platform is enhanced more than other. Instead,
the network that is optimized for Apple, Windows,
Google and other android devices. Faculty, staff and
students may choose which type of device to utilize in
the university setting. Software applications that
function across multiple platforms are encouraged.
4. Accommodations
● The university has computer labs in
all academic buildings that are
accessible to students.
● Faculty are encouraged to design
lessons that do not require
electronic, mobile devices.
● Software applications that function
across multiple platforms are
encouraged.
5. Groups
● To protect the confidentiality,
integrity and availability of university
data, faculty and staff have wifi and
hardwired internet channels separate
from students..
● Each academic building is equipped to
support students and faculty in
utilizing the network in the classroom
environment.
● Faculty are encouraged to group students to best support the learning activities and
outcomes.
