Solution Overview
       High Level Solution Description:
         • emrAnyWhere is an App that provides a Real-time Access to the Medical Records. It also
Provides a Messaging tool & a Lab Result Alerter.
         • The Medical Records are overlaid with the data from HIEs / other sources. The Patient is
also provided with Additional Information (Say, Drug Lithographs) sourced from Public
             Domain
         • The App displays the Issues in the Medical History (Abnormal Labs / Vitals, Chronic
Conditions, Social History Items) on the Main Page
       Healthcare/Business problem addressed:
         • Lack of Access to Medical Records
         • Paucity of Information Relevant to the Medical History (Most Patients Resort to Google
Searches for Information on Conditions / Meds)
         • Reliance on Phone Calls from Doctors’ Offices for Getting Alerts
         • No Way of Interacting with the Providers Except for Phone or In-Person Visits. Email are
Not Used by Providers – This App Puts the Messaging Inside the EMR. Gong Forward the
App will be Enhanced by Getting the Patient to Enter Discrete Medical Data Instead of
             just text
The application addresses the following category:
Innovative approaches to addressing value-based care imperatives.

Usability and Design
Patient downloads the App & Configures it by Selecting the Care Provider(s) & Entering Own
Demographic Information (Used for Matching with Provider’s Records)

App Automatically links the Patient to the State / Other HIEs (NY State Covered in Initial Launch)

Patient can View Medical Records on the App. The App Automatically fetches the Data from
Associated Providers & HIEs and Displays in an Easily Understandable Format

Feeds from Multiple Sources used to Provide Extra Information (For Example, Data Pulled Using
InfoButton Format from MediLinePlus) on the Medical History Elements

Other Issues Culled from Abnormal Labs / Vitals / Social History / Chronic Conditions are
Displayed on the Landing Page (For example, Smokers see a Smoker Icon and then a Slew of
     Smoking Cessation Links)

Uses a Secure Messaging Feature / “Talk to My Provider” Links next to the Medical History
Elements for Sending Alerts to Provider(s). Pushing Directly into the Task List Ensures a Response

A Blue Button is Provided so that the Patient can Download the Medical History

Why this solution be selected!
emrAnyWhere makes the “Patient Portals” truly “Mobile”. The Smartphone dependent
consumer no longer thinks of using browsers as convenient. They need everything on their
phones as Apps. This App does exactly that

By overlaying external data, emrAnyWhere adds a lot of value to the Patient’s Medical
History. The Patient is not just told he/she suffers from Diabetes; the App provides a lot
additional details (Alerts, Education Material, Details from local HIEs, Ability to Interact with
     the Providers)

Key Management Group, Inc. (www.kmgus.com ) is an established software development
company based in NY and, having developed two EMRs (MedScribe & MedPrime) certified
for ONC Stage 1 and a multitude of HealthIT solutions, has the technical capability,
financial muscle, sales expertise & entrepreneurial skills to make this venture a huge
     success
