  4. We all have as much (or more) to learn from each other as from “experts.” Are experts overrated?
  5. We need to self-direct our own learning and encourage that in all learners.What keeps you up at night? What is so important that you can’t not do it?
  6. Sometimes this is f2f. Sometimes is not.
  7. There is an “entry point” for social learning for everyone.
