Then, it focuses on the most important Lockman did her undergraduate fundamental component that enables nanotechnology: work in materials science and nanomaterials. Nanotechnology can be defined as any engineering at Imperial College technology done on a nanoscale that has applications London, UK. She graduated with in the real world. a first class Hons. in 1999. She received her PhD from Imperial There is currently an extraordinary amount of interest College on electronic materials in nanotechnology as such technology has enormous consequences on the design and engineering of focusing on template material for high temperature everything from common consumer products like superconductor and had also involved in cosmetics, textile and building to more sophisticated magnesium diborides. Upon completion of her nanosystems that support enormous applications in PhD, Dr Zainovia spent six months working as a electronics, information technology, medicine, biology, post-doctoral research assistance at Imperial energy, automotive, aerospace and other industries. College then continued working on synthesis and Hopes exist for being able to make things smaller, characterisations of various nanostructured more efficient, greener, lighter, or work better than is electronic oxides at University of Cambridge, UK for possible with conventional bulk materials. a year.
