This talk was presented at Barcamp Blackpool 3 and introduced a basic teaching methodology before attendees then learnt and taught simple strategy games.

3. Teaching Introduction of new ideas and techniques to an individual or group of people. E.g. Board games, new languages, new skills in sport. Coaching Observation and improvement of an existing skill, working towards a goal. E.g. taking a club level chess player to competition.

4. Context Tailor approach to your students/pupils/audience. Personality types, age, level of relevant experience, education, social context. Note: One size does not fit all.

6. Making Tea Introduce - "Tea is a refreshing beverage..." Demonstrate - Here is me making a cuppa. Explain - First we gather everything we need to make the tea. Apply - Now you make cuppa*. *And keep making them...
