1. Elementary school helps in developing the personality of the students
and grooms them

or she can break any barrier and become a leader in the future. Elementary education is the main point
of delivery of primary education. It is the age, where the child gets molded by the teachers and parents
the way they want. The elementary school teachers focus on basic academic learning and socialization
skills, introducing children to the broad range of knowledge, skill and behavioral adjustments. Seeing the

elementary school prepare the syllabus, plans, lessons, grade
assignments and discusses their improvements and development with
other teachers and their parents. The students are also taught about physical education and make them
involve in sports activity, so that they may become energetic and develop an athletic behavior.
Elementary education has been designed to provide comprehensive and appropriate instruction to all
kindergarten through fifth grade. The subjects are aligned to state and district learning standards. The
elementary teachers provide assistance and instruction in reading, language, arts, mathematics, science,
health and social studies. The courses are equipped with state of the art technology, modern teaching

2. methods and variety of tools to engage the students in every activity. With modernization and cut throat
competition, the students are needed to develop an attitude towards analytical thinking and problem
solving behavior. The activities are organized in such a way so that they are supposed to work in teams
and develop team building habit and foster relationship with classmates.
The elementary school are known to develop and make strong the rudiments of the students, by giving
them an insight over the basic grammar, developing literary skill and writing habits. Developing an
interest in learning, multi languages can be beneficial for them once they grow up and make them easier
for them in making career choices.
