• Processing orders placed by customers via Contracts and or Sales.
• Generating monthly productivity report of the entire team.
• Quality Check of each team member for the orders processed by them.
• Conduct Daily Work Group Meeting.
• Prepare and verify various report schedules, ensuring that reports sent to TL/ Managers are accurate
and mailed within scheduled timeframes
• Train New joiner’s regarding the process
