The history of Mexico- sculptured remains of deities of Siva found from Mexico to Peru, from Bolivia to Honduras. The legends of Incas, Mayans, Aztecs- mention on founding father of their cultures. Lingustics Nearly 80% of world languages are derived from Tamil i.e found in Japan, Scotland, Mongolia, Polynesians, South Americans John Marshall a western researcher said , "Amongst all the religions of the world, Saivaism is the most ancient religion ”. Never fail to fulfill your duties with pure conduct!

Divine conduct, brahmacharya Controlling lust/faithfulness Patience, kshama Restraining intolerance/impatience Steadfastness, dhriti Overcome no perseverance, fear, indecision, changeableness Moderate appetite, mitahara Neither eating too much nor consuming meat Compassion, daya Conquering callous, cruel and insensitive feeling Honesty, straightforwardness, arjava Renouncing deception and wrongdoing Purity, shaucha Avoiding impurity in body, mind and speech.
7. NIYAMA, THE PRACTICES Remorse, hri Being modest, showing shame for misdeeds. Have simple living & high thinking. Contentment, santosha Seeking joy and serenity in life. Self-analysis to overcome weaknesses . Giving, dana Giving generously without thought of reward. Has allocation for charity Faith, astikya Being firm in SIVA, GURU, path of enlightenment. Surrender completely to God Worship of Lord, ishvarapujana Daily worship/meditation. Fix time for worship Scripture listening, siddharta shravana Study the teaching/listen to the wise. Attend religious classes Cognition, mati Develop spiritual will and intellect with guru guidance. Faith in his teaching Sacred vows, vrata Fulfilling religious vows, rules and observances faithfully . At least a day/month Recitation, japa- chant mantras Repeat any mantra. At least chant Om Namasivaya 108 times/day Austerity , tapas Perform sadhana, penance, tapas and sacrifice. At least one new initiative /yearly
