How do you make the tools slide in and out?
What’s the potential headache?
The open and close effects aka “the gotcha with the tools animation”
Adding motion path for animation of tools menu.
Can add out and in motion path to Advanced Action, but what happens when you have to move them? – It breaks.
Had to be saved as custom effect, delete the effect, import the xml, add custom effect into Advanced Action.
After adjusting the motion path you need to save it as a custom animation.
Reimport the XML
Add the custom animation into the Advanced Action.
Let’s look at what happens to the tools. (open tools on slide 4, forward to slide 5 with OnEnter_Dev_Wrong action)
Why did it move right?
Add the custom animation into the Advanced Action.
