This document provides instructions for scheduling a Google Hangout through Google Calendar. It explains how to create a new meeting by clicking "Create" or double clicking on the calendar, giving the meeting a name and time, inviting students by entering their email addresses, and saving the meeting. Once saved, the meeting will appear on the calendar and can be edited or the invites resent. When it's time for the meeting, the user can click "Join meeting here" to start the Hangout.
