The document summarizes the results of Clements High School's STaR Chart assessment over three years. The STaR Chart evaluates schools across four domains of technology integration: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership/Administration, and Infrastructure. Clements scored highest and most consistently in Leadership/Administration. Their scores were inconsistent across domains and years. To improve, teachers should integrate more technology and online learning, while administrators should improve infrastructure, professional development opportunities, and technical support capacity.
3. Introduction The STaR Chart is designed to help campuses determine their progress toward meeting both the Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology (2006-2020) and district goals. These goals are developed around the four key domains of the STaR Chart. Each of the four domains contain six areas that are rated on a scale from 1 – 4 and then combined for a total score between 6-24 in each domain. 6-8 points = Early Tech 9-14 points = Developing Tech 15-20 points = Advanced Tech 21-24 points = Target Tech
