indicators that help for changing strategies and making decisions by higher
management within EnterpriseGroup (EPG). The Scorecard developed is the key for
Microsoft Enterprise Sales team business and monitored by around 3500 field
managers round the globe and is presented by Microsoft’s’ Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Turner during MYR (Mid-Year Reviews).
Business Rule Engine: This tool was developed to capture the technical and feed
specification through ASP.Net Rad controls UI and populate the data into SQL
SERVER database(backend)instead of maintaininghugenumber of Word documents
which were created manually by the Business Analyst.The information stored in the
backend would be exposed to Metric/Feed Owners through SSRS reports they can
view the specifications and providesign-off or else can request for any changes to the
specifications. The change requests would also be captured by the tool and their
history is also maintained which would also be shown in the SSRS reports.
Metric/Feed Owners can also export the SSRS reports into Word or PDF to view the
specifications offline at a later point of time.An enhancement of providing this tool to
the end-users is in-progress
