This document summarizes a presentation on the effectiveness of training provided by the Center for Disability and Concern (CDC). [1] The CDC provides various vocational trainings to disabled individuals to increase their employment opportunities. [2] Examination results showed that 56% of trainees achieved the minimum expected competence levels after training. [3] Many trainees were then able to find employment either through the CDC, women's chambers, or by becoming self-employed with financial help from the CDC.
