Kamakshi Rajagopal's research focuses on identifying skills needed for networked learning and understanding conversations in networking environments. Some challenges are understanding context and ensuring technology engages users meaningfully to trigger reflection on their networked environment. Her agenda is to better understand skills for networked learning, design technology making users aware of their environment and why awareness is important, and ensure technology prioritizes the learner experience.
