Wells Fargo May 2013 to Present
 Project Manager in the Brokerage Technology division performing a network and data center server refresh for Wells
Fargo Advisors. Within the PMO group I lead multiple application teams in the migration of application through newly
designed DEV and Integration environments. Worked with testing teams in coordinating UAT and Performance testing
in order to implement a new strategic load balancing and auto failover technology.
Wix Filters Dec 2012 to May 2013
 Project Manager for the Global Filtration division of Affinia Group Inc. Coordinated PMO activity for ERP and
Document Management projects. Worked with Computer Hosting company in transferring infrastructure systems and
upgrading architecture environment for a data center move.
Wells Fargo June 2011 to Dec 2012
 Project Manager for the Installation of the Broadridge Financial Systems package for the Wells Fargo Securities Division.
Worked for the PMO team coordinating system testing and conversion implementation.
 Project Manager for the Infrastructure governance PMO supervising a Network Services integration Caller ID project.
Lead a matrixed team in documenting LECs data, voice and circuits while converting new brand caller IDs.

Lowe’s June, 2010 to June 2011
 Project Manager for the IT Engineering PMO organization. Served as Quality Manager for conversion and testing of
production file transmission jobs to activate the Tectia secured transmission product (SFTP). Supervised a HR,
Marketing and Finance application team in converting company sensitive transmissions, both internal and vendor, to
encrypted protocol. Responsible for conversion and testing of transmissions for mainframe, Intel and UNIX machines.
TIAA-CREF October, 2007 to June, 2010
 Project Manager for Finance & Annuity Groups installation and tailoring of a SunGard Illustrations application.
Supervised inhouse Web Services and application integration efforts for a browser based package.
 Project Manager for the replacement and buildout of the companies Intranet server system. Replaced outdated servers,
installed, tested and moved into production over 50 applications during cutover event. Reduced data center server
footprint by 25% while increasing capacity and speed.
 Project Manager for Client Services reviewing application systems for Disaster Recovery plans. Performed studies and
reviews of application recovery plans. Helped develop platform recovery plans and testing procedures.
 Project Manager supervising Technology Recovery Services team in preparing for and execution of a Technical
Continuity exercise. Activities included recovery plans, application scope and management reporting.

and design for Standards/Governance project. Lead development of MS Access application to monitor compliance.
 Served as Team Lead for the corporate data center Disaster Recovery exercise in 2005. Managed both mainframe and
distributed infrastructure readiness teams. Drove scope and MS project requirements. Responsible for Command Center

 Member of the Architect team of the Call Center Support department from 1998 to 2002 (see below) An Oracle database
using Web Sphere, and VRUs to support a VB call center desktop application.
 Application Manager for expansion of the Pasadena call center (2001). Managed code development team for VRUs and
desktop applications. Supervised testing and system rollout during implementation.

2.  QA Manager, for the Component Integration Testing (CIT) Lab in 2001. Supervising an integration lab that coordinated
code migration to the user acceptance lab. In that position my team scheduled application testing while working closely
with testers and developers in developing and executing test scripts. Reported initiative readiness to senior management
and supported the application release schedule.
 Application Project Manager during portfolio software releases. As an application PM during several call center software
releases my team was assigned several application initiatives requiring development, presentation and approval of detail
requirements, detail designs, and development while also providing management status reports.
 Applications Manager for the Staff Technology and Services department. Managed a Risk Services department’s DB2
mainframe Data Warehouse to server Data Mart system driven by an Oracle database.

Other Experience
At American Express, I served as team lead for the divisions billing system. This included the Accounts Receivable, Billing and
Invoicing teams, supporting mainframe RDBMS systems. At Broadway & Seymour Inc, I served as a Principle Consultant for
the Professional Services Group; I was responsible for designing systems, supervising development teams, developing IT
requirements and helping in the development of contract proposals. At Michelin Tire Corp. I served as an Application Project
Manager for the Manufacturing Planning team and later for the Distribution & Warehousing team. My team was responsible for
application development, implementation and support. I provided performance reviews, interviewing support, and training
recommendations for all team members. I was Project Manager for a combined Canadian and US production planning project.
At Ingersoll-Rand Company I served as Systems and IT Manager. My seven person team was responsible for the IT activities
of a plant of over 250 employees. At Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp. I served as a programmer analyst for the IT
department. I designed, implemented and programmed computer systems supporting the Personnel, Quality Control, Design
Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
