- 10. Audience Research Evidence Most of our audience enjoyed comedy/fantasy, and the idea of a ‘chick flick’ as our audience is mainly teenage girls. Films such as ‘Mean Girls’ were a favourite with our audience, and our modern day Cinderella would be similar to this. 87% liked chick flicks 79% liked fantasy, fairytale films
- 11. Audience Research Evidence The audience can relate to the characters like for example the minor male audience watching the film can relate to the prince and aspire to be him. We asked 100 boys who would consider watching this film and 38 said they would. The female audience can aspire to be Cinderella. We asked 100 girls who would consider watching this film and 91 said they would.
