• Making a food pyramid, classifying different
food into the right food groups:
grains,
vegetables,
fruit,
dairy,
protein,
oils and fats.
13. I think that…
- working with CLIL is very interesting and challenging for children
and teachers,
- the timing was quite good because we had time to do all the
activities and also to go through the pyramid again;
- children had great fun doing this activity;
- children were motivated;
- children learnt more vocabulary;
- children really practiced remembering and understanding (Bloom’s
Taxonomy).
- I wish I had more time to introduce the topic and go through the
pupils previous knowledge about different food. They would have
done it in a more autonomous way.
- We are going to work more on the topic when we finish the lessons
and do the final exam.
