We collectively have over 20 years of experience working with companies large and
small, from venture capital and start-ups to large corporate organizations. Our team
is small and hardworking, with backgrounds in marketing, product management,
developer relations, platform, ecosystems, corporate strategy and more. We've built
some amazing products and developer communities, started new open source
organizations, built billion dollar businesses, done due diligence on multiple
acquisitions and much more across BEA Systems (now Oracle), IBM, Microsoft,
Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems and Equinix.

7. After the workshop we deliver a

Assessment is our job. After
kickoff we go back to our offices
and work on what a viable
Workshop model would be for
you and your teams. We also
deliver any pre-work to you prior
to the Workshop itself.
The Workshop portion is typically
two days onsite (where you
choose; we come to you) and
dives into the Business Model
Canvas or other modeling that
we need to do with your team.
It’s strategic planning done the
lean way, with the output being a
plan of action.
Kickoff is a ~2 hour meeting
where we discuss your needs,
goals, objectives and more. It
consists of key business
stakeholders and select team
members. Come prepared to
answer some good (but tough)
questions.
