This image is at Souk el Tayeb’s restaurant - where each day another cook from a village comes and prepares a traditional meal using local foods. Students interned here and ate here, a lot!
Internship placements are made strategically in this sector of small, independent and grassroots organizations in order to maximize students’ exposure to emerging leaders and immediate impact on local development issues. The program will place students with various non-profit organizations, design, research and urban planning practices.
