Exquisite Sensitivity to the Personal (ESP) is when an individual is hypersensitive to advice,
confrontation, or questioning of behavior, another term for this type of person is the Perpetually

These type of people are very quick to anger and they view anger/violence as the answer to all
problems. My mom gets very angry and defensive when someone does not agree with her, and
believes that fighting people will help them see her point of view. She has always been this way
for as long as I can remember, and used to talk about how she was a bully in middle/high school.
It is very difficult to communicate to those with slight trigger disease when they have to be "in
your face". They know what intimidation tactics to use, and are quick to threaten or use violence
to get their point across. They might have learned this behavior from a parent or sibling and
haven't learned the consequences for their destructive behavior. Maybe this behavior makes them
feel like they are in control, but in actuality they are like a volcano about to erupt. When one is
around this type of person they might feel like they are "walking on eggshells" as to not upset
this person. This course asserts that the best way to respond to this type of person is to avoid
logical approaches. It is very difficult to get them to see someone else's point of view or change

I have discovered some interesting things I have noticed in myself before taking this course. For
example, my learning style I have noticed is the visual learning style.
With this, I prefer to see and read information to full gain comprehension. If I forget the data, or
not clearly understand it the first time read, I have the option of reading it over. I do not always
trust myself to absorb all information the first time around. I take a lot of notes to look at. Notes
help me remember even though I may not read the again, I can refer to them in my mind after
writing them down. I am not sure if just anyone reading them would get anything out of it, but at
least I know what they mean.
I like to take my time with material, but am not always given the allotted time to do so. I also like
to keep a written list of things to do to refer to. I am comfortable with my learning style, accepted
it as my very own. I am not sure if changing it this late in life is such a good idea. I have got by this
far, it must work out for me.
I have identified my personality style as being extroverted, one who becomes easily energized by
others, and outwardly expressing thoughts as long as I am fully understanding context and material

Allowing your mind to guide your pen without any inhibitions is a skill that is priceless to me as a
student. The editing process allows for this free writing without worry of format or grammatical
accuracy. Writing is a release; it allows me to disperse my scattered thoughts into a coherent
reading for someone else to get a snapshot into my mind. Every individual's mind contains beliefs,
views, feelings, and opinions that are otherwise contained unless verbally released or done so in

As an "I" in the DISC profile system it has been amazing to relate and identify a couple

The guy that I am talking about is Andrew Gordon Conner, who has born on august 8 1992, and he
is the person that organize my hall, and needs to maintain the organization, like a security, known
here in the U.S as R.A. I knew that he was a different guy with a lot of experiences for me to know,
but actually he was way more than that.
Andrew was born at Bangkok, Thailand. At the time he told me that, I became so interest to know
about the culture, and all the differences between there and here. The most interesting thing about
Andrew is that he has already lived in few different places and knows a lot of different cultures.
He lived there in Bangkok until his six years old, and he had a good life there. He was used to
live in a property where his family was the only white family in the whole building, what for me, I
think it would be kind of scary, but according to him, it was kind of normal for him and his
parents. His dad was used to work for a company back in Bangkok that when Andrew was six, the
company changed place to Arizona, United States. With six years, he had already challenged the
difficulties of change home to another country, and especially the big change of culture.

Alejandro is a vibrant and enthusiastic boy. I went to his house and had the opportunity to learn
about him and his family. I first started by introducing myself and creating an atmosphere for him

I know and I have been told that I am a kind and sympathetic person, because I love to help people
and put a smile on their faces. Even when someone is being rude, I try to "kill them with kindness"

styles survey were a little surprising to me. I got visual as my highest total score, while kinesthetic

My Personal Success Profile
How do you think your personality is? Is it good, or is it bad? You may not know right now but I
know how mine is with the success profile I have done twice already this year. You can really see
the difference between the two. Some of the reasons behind this is because of JROTC, High school
and my friends.
The first success profiler I did had all the scores with my personality in the middle. Since I just
started JROTC that was the usual score. Then I started working hard in JROTC I did activities and

I think that conducting a personal interview like this was a great way to gain knowledge. When I
talked with Mr. McCaskill, I learned a lot of things, most of them way beyond just the questions
given to ask. We talked of different things that he experienced and many things that he has learned
and researched over the years. It was very suprising, to be truthful, and we were actually able to
carry very interesting conversations about the explosion. When it came to the community and the
people around me, I learned a lot of how they acted during the time and somethings that they could
have been thinking. Mr. McCaskill told me about the jokes his high school classmates made when
the first nuclear explosion happened in Pennsyvania and how it thought it was funny that they made
fun of the Soviets and later married one. He let me in on how people were worried about the
Soviets, them gaining power, but when they saw the terrible safety haziards that caused the

something through another's eyes. In all reality, there is the possibility that the person might
remember something wrong and after that, others may learn history wrong. Even with this, just
listening to someone recollect on their past is an outstanding feeling. In a handful of documentaries,

My community has taught me life skills, but this community has one flaw. About 80% of my
community are Asian and they often can be narrow–minded of other ethnicities. The first taste I had
was when I was hanging out with other Asian kids. The children did not agree to play with
African–American kids as a result of their parents admonishing them. Fortunately, my parents
disliked the color barrier and provided me multiple chances to explore and decide who I wanted to
be around. My brother and I were signed up for a diverse sports program. We did not believe what
the adults said about other races, so we gave it a shot. I got a sense of African–American and
