The blue whale is a marine mammal of the
suborder of baleen whales. With a length of up to
32.9 meters long and weighs up to 172 tons or
more, is the largest animal that has ever existed

Blue whales live in the Indian Ocean and the
South Pacific and also in the northern Atlantic and
Pacific Oceans

and a little lighter on the ventral

Because of its huge size, power and speed, adult
blue whales have virtually no natural predators.
However, there is a documented case in National
Geographic of a blue whale attacked by orcas.
Although whales were not able to kill the animal
during the attack, the blue whale received serious
wounds and probably died shortly after the attack
