This team will be working with the staff and Board of the Milton Area Youth Center to establish financial sponsorships/long-term benefactors to ensure a long-lasting future for the organization. In addition to creating stable finances for the future, they plan to hold a single event fundraiser with hopes that it is sustainable as an annual event.

and a comfortable atmosphere that is accepting of everyone!
Beth Wallace:
MAYC is a wonderful organization that is empowering the children of our future. I am proud to
be a part of Team Colors United and the MAYC project.
Ethan Lee:
MAYC provides safe and beneficial after school programming for Milton area students that
with community support can continue to fill a necessary niche. I hope our Leadership
Development Project will help MAYC build financial stability so that they can continue to
provide great programming and opportunities for Milton students for many years to come.
18. Why Get Involved:
Jessica Dobratz:
MAYC Before joining LDA,I did not know MAYC existed . Luckily some of my team members
were involved with supporting MAYC prior to LDA, and were able to explain to our team how
MAYC supports the Milton community and it's youth . MAYC offers kids many unique
opportunities, and I am happy to help our LDA team support such a great organization in any
way I can.
Mike Davis:
MAYC is a positive force in the Milton community. By providing opportunities to learn, express
themselves creatively, and a meal, MAYC helps fill the gaps in the lives of Milton’s youth. As a
member of the community, it is my duty to help those in need, and I want to guarantee the youth
of tomorrow have a place to turn when they are in need.”
Teresa Riesterer:
MAYC is dedicated to improving the lives of students in the Milton Community. It is my hope
that Team Colors United can help MAYC secure sustainable donations so MAYC can continue
to support our youth for years to come!
19. The Milton Area Youth Center is solely
funded from the hearts
of the community.
Without your support,
we are just a dream
and a dire need is left unmet.
