1. Impact Your World--Clean Cookstove Program
The issue:
Reliance on inefficient cookstoves and fuels leads to health (emphysema,
cataracts, cancer, heart disease, etc.) and economic burdens that
disproportionately impact women and girls, particularly because cooking
and fuel collection largely remain a woman’s responsibility.

4. Start with “cookstove” (always use singular, because it will
automatically pick up on the plural) in Proquest and see what
articles come up that would be applicable to the idea of “Impact
Your World” as it relates to cookstoves. Look for clues to guide
you toward additional terms that will focus your search.
5. Don’t choose the first article you see with your keyword. Read the
article title and description to determine if it is in line with your
topic.
6. Be sure to identify source types, as you need to utilize three
different source types for this project.
