Gathering
   and



Choosing
Choosing belongs to the one
      accountable for the outcome.
      Same as always, no change

Gathering, on the other
hand is a brand new ball
game...
Gathering is a function of how
information flows in to, out of
and through an organization.
Traditionally
organizations have
 tried to control
these information
      flows.
That time has passed!
The Internet, in general,
            and
 Social Media, in particular,
    are circumventing
traditional structures and
        processes.
The gathering process can no
       longer be limited to
quot;what the executive team knowsquot;,
                or
  quot;what the brand team knowsquot;.
The gathering process now
     has to focus on
 quot;what the stakeholders
          knowquot;!
Decision makers need
to give stakeholders a
 voice in the decision
       process...
...and that voice cannot
      be controlled.
For most organizations this
  means new behaviors,
     new structures
    and new processes.
Now is the time to
  Re-Imagine
the Organization.
