How can Health Insurance apply the same principles? Ethics-based source of truth for data (Government?) Uber phenomenon was driven by cost, was design around the system and not the consumer. ACA did not address the cost, but was designed around accountability. Consumers will eventually revolt and fixate on systems that are personalized Need an eHarmony of MDs
