2. Paramore
Double page spread
advertisement.
Does not follow the trend
of single page adverts
Image is album cover
Font very stylised
Black and white shows
advert to be noir

3. Gnarls Barkley
Very simplistic design with
one centralised image.
Fits the genre of the artist.
Clear for the viewer.

4. Florence + the Machine
Whilst the genre differs greatly from ours,
the representation could be argued as the
same.
The main singer is graciously posed in the
centre of the advert and is almost iconic
when combined with the special font the
artist uses.
We could use a similar technique of
putting a iconic image the centre of our
music video?

5. The Stone Roses
This advert is very plain with
a mostly a plain black
background.
There are very few colours
used (blue, red, white, gold
and black).
Because these are very well
known artists with an already
large fan based not much is
needed to be advertised.

6. The Vines
The slanted image looks very
grand and sophisticated and
it is clear how the text follows
the angle of the image.
The leaves and vines are a
literal representation of the
title of the band, it is
emblematic.
