3. PRODUCTION COMPANY
We are currently able to produce 48q Biscuits/day, 15000 pcs chocolate cake 440g/day, 100.000 pcs Chocolate cake 50g/day based on 16 hours labour a day (two
shifts). We are about to double the square metres of our producing area and our warehouse by the end of 2015 in order to be able to produce three times the actual
production capacity. “Pescaradolc srl” is JIT production-oriented; althought the products’shelf life is 1 year for “Cantuccini” and “Cookies” and 10 months for Italian
soft “Amaretti”, we always supply our customers with as fresh products as possible.
