- 8. Final Thoughts The Texas STaR Chart is vital to our school receiving state-funding for technology. ‘Educator Preparation & Development’ is still in the ‘Developing Tech’ classification…all others have an ‘Advanced Tech’ classification. Continue working toward the common goal of ‘Target Tech’!!!
